As a property manager one of your most important responsibilities is the care and safety of your residents. An unsafe roadway or parking area is a liability, and a beautiful, well maintained property is an asset.

Keeping the streets in tip-top condition through preventative maintenance will save you thousands of dollars in the life of asphalt. Knowing what to do and how to do it is comes from nearly twenty years of residential community projects.

Here’s how you will benefit from our special approach…

We will go over in detail the work to be provided.
Our estimator will provide a color-coded map outlining all the work to be done… and when.
We will schedule a pre-job meeting with your on-site manager and/or yourself along with our Estimator and Project Superintendent.
We will provide you and your manager all emergency and after-hours phone numbers for easy and certain communication.
If desirable, we will distribute notices and post no parking signs.
Advance Warning Signs can be put up days prior to the actual work to provide residents with additional notification.
We will provide professional Traffic Control and flaggers.
All work will be performed to local City Codes.
Scheduling will be accomplished in a manner to cause the least impact on residents.
We will work with your security company, landscaper, the Post Office, garbage, etc. to ensure complete project coordination.

Our crews will post “No Parking” Signs
and hand out notifications if needed.
