Our Approach to Shopping Centers
Retail Centers
Regional Malls
Strip Centers
Markets
7-11’s

One of the most important aspects of a Shopping Center is to make sure customers have a place to park, quickly and safely. Irritated customers will take their business elsewhere if stalls are poorly marked, directional arrows are missing or the parking lot is in dire need of repair.

The parking lot says a lot about the quality of stores and gives the “first impression” of how the customer will be treated.

We take great pride in the way we handle all shopping centers, large and small, from 7-11’s to major regional malls.

Here’s some of our special programs and touches…

Personally introduce ourselves and our on-site Superintendent to managers and shift managers.
Give key contact and emergency phone numbers for easy communication access.
Provide color-coded maps showing all project phases, with day by day sequencing.
Utilize professional Traffic Control systems and flaggers.
Break parking lots into the smallest sections to allow for minimum customer inconvenience.
Place advanced warning signs to alert customers ahead of time to parking lot closures and parking options.
Stage work hours to make sure we are out of the way during peak business periods.
Flexible scheduling to switch from a "congested area" to a rear lot.
Constant communication with management at all times.
