| Pre-Job Planning
To ensure a smooth running project with the least amount of disruption and surprises, we
like to use our experiences over hundreds of jobs to anticipate project trouble spots and to
pre-plan for unhindered execution.
Heres what we will do:
| |
Meet with your project representative, on-site manager,
and/or yourself along with our Project Superintendent and our estimator to conduct a pre-job planning session. |
| |
Schedule the work in phases, if necessary, to accommodate traffic,
parking, garbage pick-up, etc. |
| |
Notify the Post Office, delivery and service people, garbage
company, etc. |
| |
 |
 |
| |
Decide how to notify tenants or residents, determining who
will be accountable and wording of the notifications (we have a number of standard notification formats,
no parking and directional signage, etc.). |
| |
Prior to the day of work, notify the landscaper to
turn off the water, identify a tow company (in case) and make sure everybody is still on schedule. |
| |
 |
 |
| |
Once the work is started, we will provide proper Traffic
Control to make sure the work zone is safely cordoned off. Our on-site Superintendent will be available
for any questions or problems that might arise. |
| |
Our estimator will be available to you or your project
representative to make sure everything was done according to the proposal and execution plan
only then will we consider the project complete to your TOTAL SATISFACTION. |
