Back in 1948 California”s first drive-thru hamburger stand was born. It was an IN-N-OUT.
For 64 years it has maintained a fiercely faithful following because of it”s limited menu and fresh products.
But would you drive two hours for a burger? Well that’s just what Dale Kunz and his wife Wendy Kunz did to celebrate the new In-N-Out in Santa Nella.
The visibility from Interstate 5 and the convenience for their customers were contributing factors in the decision to build in the unincorporated West Side community.
The closest In-N-Out restaurants currently are Merced to the East and Gilroy to the West.
For anyone who has ever worked at In-N-Out knows, grand openings are a big deal, everyone is invited for a day of fun and hamburgers. It was big for another reason as well. It’s the largest facility so far, built to accommodate travelers big and small.
Adding 32 new jobs the community is a good thing. The recognition In-N-Out brings is good for Santa Nella
American Asphalt addiction to those fries and grilled onions started with projects in Santa Rosa and San Carlos. They have been so pleased with our work they invited us back to help at Santa Nella.
This included grading, rocking, paving and stripping and all of the sub grade work, along with utility”s and all the city improvements along the entrance routes.
Join us and the great crew from In-N Out Burger in Pleasant Hill Grand Opening next.
